Dragon in 3D by Media55 - Use Red & Cyan 3D Glasses

Wow, want to see an incredible effect that you have never seen before ?, get out your Red & Cyan 3D glasses, download the full resolution version of this 3D clip from Vuze. Then view it in full screen with the room lights down and stand back from the monitor. See how far the head of the dragon comes out the screen.

The animation was created by A Daz3D artist, I only Rendered the existing animation using Poser and then created the stereoscopic version you see here. So I only take credit for the 3D stereo effect.

(Please note that the 3D effect does not work on old style CRT tube televisions)

The HD version of this animation is available as a DivXHD file or WMV HD for playback on PS3's or Nedia Players, contact Phil Brown for details: info@media55.co.uk

For more information on 3D stereoscopic imagery, please visit the media55 website:

3D fly through animations

As the cost of creating high-quality fly through scenes comes down, indy filmmakers will opt for CGI rather than transport their cast and crew to exotic locations. One such company leading the way is Anifex.

3d animation of The Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens http://ambassadorhouse.org in Fishers, Indiana. This 3d animation was accurately computer modeled to represent the correct terrain, landscape and structures at the Ambassador House. This 3d animated virtual tour reveals 170+ years of history that has been digitally recreated to promote the opening of The Historic Ambassador House & Heritage Gardens. This historic landmark will now serve as a valuable community resource and event center.

To paint the future vision for this landmark, Anifex 3d modeled the home, site and gardens from the 2d master plan. To be as precise as possible with the 3d animation the correct topography and landscaping was custom 3d modeled.

3d technology allows us to accurately represent any landscape that exists in nature (trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, etc). The 3d landscape is then placed into position and randomly generated to give variation to the height, size, shape, etc. You will never hear us say 'sorry, we don't have that plant in our library'. Anifex will follow your plan exactly to represent your vision and give your computer animation the best possible photo realism.

At Anifex we can custom create 3d characters and place them into any 3d situation that you can imagine. For the Ambassador House animation we staged a virtual wedding to emphasize this as an event center.

For more information about 3d animations | Virtual tours | Lifestyle tours | Architectural Flythrough and computer animations please visit our channel page Anifex3d or our website http://www.anifex.com There you will find more examples of Anifex using 3ds max and Maya along with the Adobe After Effects and Premiere products to make modern 3d animation projects.
